Introducing the San Sebastien balustrade
The San Sebastien balustrade is a multifunctional architectural element that enhances your outdoor design while ensuring safety and elegance.
Composition and preparation
The San Sebastien balustrade consists mainly of :
- San Sebastien baluster (73 cm high)
- Top and bottom rails
- Trumeaux
All the additional components you need are included in the WESER range and detailed in our technical data sheets. So you benefit from a complete, harmonious solution for your projects.
Features and Safety Standards
When the balustrade is used on a slope of less than 1 metre, its role is purely decorative. However, as soon as it protects a difference in height greater than 1 meter, it becomes a guardrail. In this case, it must comply with the following standards:
- NF P 01-012: defines the height and spacing of balusters.
- NF P 01-013: specifies stress resistance criteria.
In addition, we carried out static and dynamic tests on our balusters by the GINGER CEBTP laboratory in May 2024. These tests, the results of which are set out in report BEB1.N.5028-1, confirm their compliance with the requirements of both standards.
San Sebastien balustrade installation and installation guide
To help you make the most of your project, the installation of our balustrades is described in detail in the WESER installation guide. This guide provides you with clear instructions and practical advice for optimal installation, whether you’re a professional or a private customer.
Durability and Finishes
What’s more, our products are frost-resistant. They are tinted and waterproofed throughout, guaranteeing excellent color fastness over time. As a result, your balustrade will retain its new, elegant appearance even after many years of exposure.
Compatibility and Harmonization
Last but not least, the San Sebastien balustrade combines perfectly with the WESER range of slabs and copings. In this way, you create a harmonious whole that enhances your outdoor spaces while complying with quality and safety standards.
