Seuil de Porte Classique – Elegant lines and sealing performance

Traditional installation must comply with DTU 36.5. To comply, Seuil de Porte Classique must be installed with a 10% slope. This slope facilitates the evacuation of rainwater, prolonging the durability of the joinery and facade.
Its precise dimensions make installation easier and guarantee a perfect seal. Side flashings reduce the risk of moisture rising into the masonry. The straight rear spigot ensures an impeccable junction with the joinery base.
What’s more, its sharp edges and well-defined water droplets considerably reduce the risk of dripping onto the façade. The ridges on the underside improve the adhesion of the sealing mortar, enhancing the stability and strength of the installation.
Seuil is tinted and waterproofed throughout. As a result, it retains its color and resistance over the years, even in difficult climatic conditions, and requires no special maintenance.
