Introducing Pornic Balustrade
The Pornic balustrade is a multifunctional architectural element. It provides an elegant finishing touch to your outdoor landscaping, while also acting as a guardrail when the height difference exceeds 1 metre.
Composition of the Pornic balustrade
- Pornic baluster (59 cm high)
- High and low rails
- Trumeaux
- Complementary elements: available in the WESER range and described in our technical data sheets.
This modular composition means you can adapt the balustrade to different configurations and personalize the aesthetics of your spaces.
Decorative function and railings
- Height difference ≤ 1 metre
The Pornic balustrade acts as a simple decorative element. - Height difference > 1 metre
It is then considered as a guardrail, and must comply with the following standards:- NF P 01-012 (dimensions, height, spacing of balusters)
- NF P 01-013 (stress resistance)
WESER balusters were subjected to static and dynamic tests in May 2024 by the GINGER CEBTP laboratory (report BEB1.N.5028-1). They therefore meet the requirements of both standards.
Installation and commissioning

Strength and durability
- Frost-resistant materials
- Tinted and water-repellent in the mass for excellent color fastness over time
Thanks to these features, your balustrade retains its aesthetic appeal and sturdiness through the seasons.
